User Data Deletion
Effective date: 20 July 2026
You can have your personal data deleted from kenneyjacob.com and the Kenney Jacob WhatsApp assistant at any time. This page explains exactly what is deleted and how to ask.
What gets deleted
On a verified request, the following is permanently removed from the service's database:
- Your WhatsApp phone number and contact record.
- Your full conversation history with the assistant, including voice-note transcripts.
- Pre-order signup records associated with you (name, phone, order reference, source).
- Any queued or pending messages addressed to you.
What deletion cannot reach: copies of the conversation on your own phone, and messages held by WhatsApp/Meta on their platform — those are governed by Meta's privacy policy and your own WhatsApp settings.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — in the WhatsApp chat: send a message saying you want your data deleted (any language is fine, e.g. "delete my data"). The request is handed to a real person and processed from there.
Option 2 — by email: write to mail@kenneyjacob.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the WhatsApp phone number the data relates to (and, for website form submissions, the email address you used), so the right records can be found.
Verification
To protect your data from being deleted by someone else, the request must come from the phone number or email address the data belongs to, or you may be asked to confirm from it. No other documentation is required.
Timeline and confirmation
- Requests are processed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
- You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you message the assistant again afterwards, a fresh record starts from that conversation.
Stopping messages without deleting
If you only want to stop receiving messages, you don't need to delete your data — just reply STOP (or say so in any language) in the chat, and your number is marked opted out immediately.
